Funny and unusual creatures

Animals may be funny, interesting, original, extraordinary and unusual, and sometimes they are really impressive. There are so many interesting facts about which people even don't know.

For example, besides people only elephants are able to stand on their heads.

Crocodiles swallow stones to dive deeper.

Polar bears may run with the speed 40 kilometres per hour.

And did you know that dogs have elbows.

Chimpanzee is the only animal that can recognize itself in the mirror.

And one of the facts that really impresses is that for the last 4000 years no animal was domesticated

It is interesting to know that the only animals that have sex to get pleasure are people and dolphins.

It is very easy to tell herbivorous animal from predators. The eyes of predators are situated in the front part of the muzzle so that they can see the victim better. And the eyes of herbivorous animals are situated on both sides of the muzzle so that they could see the enemy better.

Hummingbird can't walk at all being the smallest bird in the world.

And did you know that butterflies have no stomach.
