Dogs

The only animal that can compete with dogs in popularity is a cat. There is no exact information where dogs came from till nowadays. According to some theories, they are descendants of wolves.

There are so many dogs in the world of various colours, hair, size, etc. and every person chooses the dog according to his/her tastes and interests.

Dogs are used with many purposes. First of all, dogs are friends for people and especially for children as dogs are friendly and social and they always help people, and accompany them during all their lives.

Teams of dogs are also used to help people to get to the necessary destination place and to carry cargo.

Dogs were also used to protect houses and this was the first purpose with which they were domesticated. There are a lot of stories, when dogs saved people from the fire and helped people during the catastrophes finding lost people. That is why policemen and firemen use dogs during their work, as dogs are able to find anything just using their smell and save people from the fire.
